Summary:
Fañch Péron est un maçon de Troudousten à Morlaix qui s’est battu pendant un quart d’heure contre un chien enragé le 20 mai 1842. Il a tenté de l’étouffer mais l’animal avait un collier. Le chien lui prend la jambe, lui déchiquette les bras. Le courage de Fañch Péron a préservé la vie de beaucoup de gens mais quand il demande secours tous cherchent à s’éloigner du combat. Le chien fut tué d’un coup de masse en fer. Péron semblait être guéri mais il est mort le 10 juillet laissant une veuve et deux petits sans ressources. Ce chant est vendu dix centimes chez Lédan à leur profit.
