Bon ! Bon ! Le vin est bon !
Il est la joie de tous.
Le pauvre, s’il a du vin, devient l’ami de son voisin. Les religieuses boivent sans bruit vin, café, et liqueurs. Pape et princes laissent l’eau de côté. On peut voir moines et chanoines roulant leur sac de vin.
Voici fini mon chant, versez-moi un grand verre, ma gorge est desséchée.
