Summary:
Pierre Duigan, le plus bel homme qui soit.
Un dimanche, il rencontre une femme qui lui dit : – « Retournez chez vous et tuez votre femme et vos enfants. Nous serons le plus beau couple du monde. »
Il s’approche de sa femme en souriant et la frappe de trois coups de couteau.
– « Allez me chercher un prêtre. Vous direz que je suis tombée sur mon couteau. »
Pierre Duigan va chercher le prêtre qui s’étonne de voir la femme dans une mare de sang. – « Je me suis pris le pied dans le berceau et suis tombée sur mon couteau. »
Le petit enfant de quelques mois tend le doigt vers son père et dit : – « Il vous a donné trois coups de couteau dans le côté. »
– « Qui donc vous a donné le pouvoir de parler de si bonne heure ? »
– « Dieu m’a donné ce pouvoir. Me voilà orphelin de bonne heure, ma mère tuée, mon père pendu. Qui donc s’occupera de moi ? »
